A-CCI and Renato Votta have started Empower Yourself, a company specialized in personal advisory to managers and professionals which would like to find new opportunities or to relaunch their professional experience. Empower Yourself offers personal counselling empowerment oriented services, personal coaching, job search and professional replacement. Empower Yourself helps and supports people which are experiencing troubles in their job, to find new opportunities and to set off their current professional experience, through a qualitative leap which allows to express personal capacity and to experience a greater professional satisfaction. Empower Yourself, through the YourFuture(s) business unit, addresses also young newly graduated people, final year (seniors) and newly qualified students, offering them personal potential evaluation, job search and personal counselling. Your Future(s) helps young professionals which are entering into the job's world or that are into the job's world since a few years, to identify their skills, abilities and improvement areas in order to start professional projects aimed and consistent with their potential features. Your Future(s) mission consists as well in helping young people, every time they need, in the course of their professional life and when they have to take on important working decisions. Empower Yourself and YourFuture(s) team is composed of ten consultants, under Renato Votta's operating leaderhip and with Alessandra Pasinato's scientific control.

Starting from the first of September A-CCI People and Knowledge, is the new business unit aimed to extend A-CCI's consulting services for supporting service and industrial companies in their change management and people improvement journey.
