| A-CCI and CTS sign an agreement for the markets of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Italy |
A-CCI and CTS has signed an agreement aimed to open Czech Republic and Slovakia markets to italian companies and the italian market to czech and slovak companies. Based on this agreement A-CCI is able to advise industrial and service italian companies to enter in all markets of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A-CCI will be able as well to advise czech and slovak companies in entering in the italian market. A-CCI and CTS offer a complete advisory service portfolio, which starts from market analysis, location of manufacturing and logistics sites, selection of commercial and distribution partners, design and realization of comunication campaigns on local media, and legal assistance for business start-up.

| Este's round table on service excellence in the financial service industry |
A-CCI attended on the 30th of January at the round table organized by the publisher Este, titled "Excellence in customer service as a strategy to win the crisis. Lean service management: a possible approach". The round table has compared experiences from Banco Popolare, Ducato, Unicredit Group and Milano Assicurazioni. A-CCI has presented its own approach on lean service management for financial service companies.
