Alessandro Donetti was born in Parma in 1964 and has taken a degree with first class honours in Management Engineering at Politecnico of Milan in 1988. He joined A-CCI in 1999 and since 2001 he is Managing Partner. He is responsible for banking, energy and utility industries, supporting customers in strategic advisory and in designing new customer service models. He's lecturer of Lean Service Management in Financial Institutions at University of Parma. He is in charge of the book serie A-CCI Service Management (published by Guerini e Associati), for which in March 2009 he has written the second book titled ''Excellence in the service industry''. He is speaker of Lean Service Management subject in several seminars, meetings, national and international conferences and author of articles published by important management magazines. He has worked on a research for process performances measurement in the banking industry, realized for the Bocconi University research center, Carefin. The reaserch has produced the book "Process measurement in the banking industry" (published by Bancaria Editrice).
Prior to A-CCI, from 1988 to 1994 he worked first in KPMG and then in Galgano & Associati. From 1994 to 1995 he has been logistics and organization manager in Wavin. Starting from 1995 he has been country manager for the Italian operations of AESOP, business consultancy company located in Stuttgart, leader in the field of business process simulation and optimization. After the merge between AESOP and Tecnomatix, he moved to Stuttgart, for managing the international consulting operations. In this position he managed performance improvement projects in Europe and United States, in the manufacturing, transportation and financial service industry. These projects achieved benefits exceeding hundreds of millions of Euros influencing, in a permanent way, how business processes contribute to company performance, spreading the logic of process orientation as key success factor for improving customer satisfaction and economical results.

Davide Storni was born in Milan in 1960. After the degree at Bocconi University, with specialization in Work Organization, he developed his career as organization analyst and organizational development manager for leading insurance companies, applying effective techniques in contexts characterized by strong evolution of organizational empowerment. His last experience as manager, was in an italian branch of a leading american asset management company, where he was deputy Ceo, in charge for business support, coordinating finance, human resources, IT and operations. In January 2004 he joined A-CCI where he was appointed as Partner, in charge for the Insurance practice and for the People & Knowledge business unit.
He is also promoting partner of www.bloom.it, the first italian web magazine, active since 1998, in which he published articles on BPR, empowerment and change management.

Stefano Costa began his professional career in the Navy, in the army unit of Naval Weapons. After attending the Naval Academy in 1969 he graduated in electrical engineering with honors from the University of Pisa.
In the Navy from 1969 to 1976, he pursued operational assignments in the design, development and testing of naval units of surface (the cruiser Vittorio Veneto) and diving (Nazario Sauro class submarines) at the shipyard of Castellammare di Stabbia and Monfalcone.
From 1976 to 1986 was in Dalmine, where he held leadership roles in the technical production.
From 1986 to 2007, he was in Osram Italy, where he held first the position of plant director in Milan and later central director of logistics, procurement, IT and Organization and member of the Board of Directors, and then Purchasing Director in the electronic segment manufacturing and services, with expanded responsibilities to the international Osram and to global markets.
From 2007 until mid 2009, he collaborated again with Osram as a consultant following the project of logistics integration at European level of Osram Italy, and the restructuring and relocating project from Spain to Slovakia and interim management of a strategic supplier, with subsequent acquisition by Osram.
In autumn 2009 he started working with A-CCI as Partner, in charge for manufacturing, retail, logistics and transportation industries, both in Italy and abroad. He's also in charge for business development in East Europe and german speaking countries.
