Service Design
Service design involves decisions aimed to find the best possible alternative in order to achieve the highest customer satisfaction. Each possible alternative has its performance indicators in terms of benefit, cost and risk. Service design complexity is due to different level of detail in which must be taken decisions.
A-CCI's service design methodology is an integrated framework which is capable to define service requisites for the extended service chain, based on customer needs of the target market segment, and assure as well that all contacts and transactions (so called moment of truth) are considered at the right level of detail.
